"Payoff terms were a little confusing"

"The discounts seemed better at first"
I checked out Best Way RTO because the promos caught my eye, but once I actually looked closer, the discounts didn’t feel as good as they seemed at first (which was kind of disappointing). Some of the deals were a little confusing, and the prices weren’t as low as I expected. Maybe it works out better for other people, but for me, the offers felt a bit underwhelming.

Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like the repair and maintenance stuff took way too long to get moving. I had to chase them a few times, and the replies were slow. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole process felt a bit messy

In my experience, getting approval started off straightforward, but it ended up taking longer than I thought it would. I had to resend some information and spend time waiting for responses, which was a little frustrating. It did get sorted out in the end, but for me, it just wasn’t as smooth or easy as I was hoping.

"Pretty solid stock most times"
I checked Best Way RTO for a few things I needed and they had most of it, which was a relief. I’ve had it happen with other sites where it says something is available, then nope, not really there.
One item I wanted was out of stock, so yeah not totally perfect, but they had a couple similar options that worked fine. Overall, the inventory was good and easy enough to check without much hassle

"Canceling was easier than I expected"
I had to cancel my plan with bestwayrto.com, i was expecting it to be more annoying than it was. I’m usually a little skeptical with cancellation stuff because some companies make you jump through hoops, but this wasn’t too bad. It did take me a few minutes to find the right info on the site, which was kind of frustrating, but once I reached out to support they handled it quickly and confirmed everything. No weird back and forth or pressure to stay. I’d give it 4 stars since I personally think the cancellation info could be easier to find, but overall it went fine

"I picked this up not really knowing..."
I picked this up not really knowing what to expect, but once I got it in hand, I could tell the quality was solid. It feels well-made, i haven’t had any complaints so far. Happy with it overall.

"We got a sofa and dining set..."
We got a sofa and dining set from Bestway RTO around 8 months ago, and it’s been better than I expected. With kids and a dog running around, I figured it would start showing wear fast, but the cushions still feel firm and there’s only a couple tiny marks on the table.
Delivery went fine, and once everything was set up, it didn’t have that cheap feel or anything. I’ve moved the chairs around a bunch and nothing feels loose yet. There’s just something about it that feels solid, and overall I’m really happy with how it’s held up so far.

"Fast delivery, no drama"
My order showed up way sooner than I expected and the whole process was smooth. No issues, no back-and-forth, just easy. I’m happy with it overall, as long as they keep it this hassle-free, I’ll stick around. If that changes, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.

"Payment options felt rigid"
The course itself is fine, no major complaints there. But the payment side felt a lot less flexible than I expected. If you have a tight month, there’s not really much room to move things around. Support was polite, but it kind of felt like the usual polished company wording without much actual ability to change the dates or amounts. So yeah, decent course, but don’t assume they’ll work with you much on payments.

I used Best Way RTO to make my payment online, i was already expecting some kind of headache because that’s usually how these things go for me. But the page loaded fine, I put in my details, and the confirmation came through right away.

There weren’t any confusing steps or random extra stuff to deal with, which was a relief. I was worried I’d end up stuck or having to call someone, but for once it actually worked the way it was supposed to. I’d definitely use it again.

"Setting up my account was kinda a pain"
I tried getting my account set up and it just kept confusing me. It took way longer than I expected, and even after I was done I still wasnt totally sure if it actually worked. Not the best first impression.
